CSS prides itself on putting the needs of students at the centre of decision-making and planning at the school. We are responsive to the changing needs of our community.

CSS is a culturally and linguistically inclusive schools for all. Approximately 25% of our students are Newcomers to Canada. We are a pilot school for the EAL Teacher program, Intervention Teacher program to address Covid learning loss and Behaviour Intervention Mentor program at the elementary level.

Our recent plant expansion project makes CSS the proud home of the Cougar Gymnasium and Theatre facility partnering with the City of Fredericton for community use.
